INDUSTRIAL LIGHT + MAGIC ~ Senior Animator, Sept ‘96 – Aug ‘04

Creating character animation for use in seventeen feature films and three television commercials. Layout and storyboarding for sequences in 3 films. Blocking and layout of a large number of shots for Van Helsing. Designing tutorials and in-class workflow training for junior animators. Shot and camera layout on ILM digital short “Work in Progress”. Served as producer/animator on the short CG animated film “Let Go”. Helping production test proprietary animation tool ‘Poseur’.

WILDCARE ~ Volunteer, May ‘97- present

Concurrent with paid positions, care and treatment of injured and orphaned native wildlife for release back into wild. Training of non-releasable educational resident animals. Construction/design of animal enclosures and enrichment items. Artwork for newsletters, murals and education department needs. Children’s face painting for promotional events.
